DAY 1: FLIGHT FRANCE DELHI
Flight to Delhi. You will be greeted on arrival by one of our representatives and then transferred to your hotel.

DAY 2: DELHI – LEH.
Morning flight for Leh from Delhi. On arrival at Leh you will be greeted by our representative and transfer to hotel for check-in. Spend the day in the hotel for rest and acclimatization. This is very necessary for getting acclimatized at high altitude. Evening one can visit market of Leh.

DAY 3: LEH – SPITUK -STOK – MATHO.
The first steps towards the philosophy Buddhist. Today we are going to visit some beautiful monasteries in the Indus valley, start our visit from Spituk monastery than to Stok Palace and the last we will the monastery of Matho and back to Leh
The Spituk Gompa was founded in 11th century by Od-De, the elder brother of Lama Changchub-od. The Gompa was named Spituk (exemplary) by Rinchen Zangpo; a translator came to that place and said that exemplary religious community would rise. Initially the Gompa was run according to the Kadampa School then during the reign of King Tagspa Bumldey he converted it to Geluk Pa order.
Stok Place, the current residence of the king of Ladakh. (Namgyail dynasty of Ladakh) which built in 18th century. Converted into a museum and heritage hotel.
Matho monastery was founded in 1410 century by Lama Tungpa Dorjey. The significance of this monastery lies in it being the only one that belongs to the Sakyapa order of Tibetan Buddhism in Ladakh One of the main attractions of Matho Gompa of Leh Ladakh is Matho Nagrang Festival. Which is held on 14th and 15th day of the 1st Tibetan calendar. During this festival, two oracles, known as "Rongtsan", are said to inhabit for a few hours the body of two monks.

DAY4: LEH – SHEY – THIKSAY – HEMIS.
Visit of ancient monasteries of Indus valley. Hemis is the largest and richest monastery in Ladakh. It was founded in 1633 by the king Singay Namgyal and Lama Staktsang Raspa of Bhutan. Hemis belongs to the Drukpa Kagyu order. Thiksey is one of the most beautiful monastery of Ladakh, it is known as ‘the mini Potala’. It belongs to the Gelukpa order. The monastery was founded by Lama Paldan Sheyrab the nephew of Sheyrab Zangpo in mid-15th century.
Shey used to be the ancient capital of Ladakh. Shey palace was built by Deldan Namgyal in the beginning of the 17th century. Its 12m Buddha statue made of copper guilt was built by King Deldan Namgyal in the memory of his father Singay Namgyal.

DAY 5: LEH – PHIYANG -BASGO- LIKER
On the way to Liker village, visit of Phiyang Monastery, Basgo Palace and monastery and the end of the day, we will visit the Likir monastery.
Phiyang monastery was founded during reign of King Jamyang Namgyail in 16th century. Phiyang Monastery belongs to the red hat sect of Digungpa order of Tibetan Buddhism, which was started by Skyoba Jigsten Gonbo. The site of the monastery was received as a gift to Chosje Damma Kunga, given by King Jamyang Namgyail.
Basgo also known as Rabtan Chartse Khar used to the capital of Lower Ladakh. Built by kings Jamyang Namgyail and SingayNamgyail in 17th century. Singay Namgyail ordered a three stores copper guilt statue of Maitreya Buddha, as a memorial of his father Jamyang Namgyail. The monastery has other two temples: Chamba Maitreya (with a clay image of Maitriya), and Cham Chung Temple, originally as a mosque. Basgo monastery was chosen as one of the 100 most endangered sites by UNESCO in 2001.
Likir Monastery was established in 1065 by Lama Duwang Chosjey, under the command of the 5th king of Ladakh, Lhachen Gyalpo . As a great meditation practitioner, the Lama blessed the site and the monastery was built. The name Likir means "The Naga – Encircled”, as the gompa stands encircled by the bodies of the two great serpent spirits. In 15th century, Likir Monastery was flourishing under Lhawang Lotus Sangphu, the disciple of Khastubjey. At this time, it was then brought under the Gelugpa order, founded by Lama Tsongkhapa.

DAY 6: LIKER – YANGTHANG.
Liker is the starting point of our trek.From the Liker village, an easy 45 minutes’ walk of takes us to the Phobe La (3550m). Descend towards the lonely village of Sumdo where we have a tea break in a parachute restaurant which is run by the Ladakh Woman Alliance. Then we continue along the valley to reach the second pass Chagatse La (3650m). Another half an hour walks to reach Yangthang village.

DAY 7: YANGTHANG – RIZONG – KHUNGI LA HEHIS SHUKPACHAN.
Longest and most challenging day our trek.Steep down in the beginning, walk along with the stream we pass through a narrow gorge filled with apricot, apple, wild rose and poplar trees. From Yangthang it will take us around 3 hours to reach Rizong Monastery. Visit the monastery and lunch in the monastery kitchen and then gradually ascent towards the Khungi La (3850m). From the top, admire the breathtaking view of the Ladakh range. Going down towards Hemis Shukpachan.

DAY 8: HEMIS SHULPACHAN 0 MEPTAK LA -ANG – TEMOSGANG.
Hemi Shukpachan is popular for its aromatic Shukpa (juniper tree) used as incense for religious purposes. Trek involving crossing of Meptak La (3750m) in a moon-like landscape. A steep and long decent will take us to the village of Ang. Short break then continue towards the beautiful village of Temosgam. Village is spread out over a big area with full of vegetation. In the afternoon visit the ancient palace of Temosgam surrounded by ruined buildings and housing the highly sacred self-arisen

DAY 9: TEMOSGANG – BONGBONG LA KHALTSE – LAMAYURU.
A steep and long ascent will take us to the pass of Bongbong La. From the top, the view of the Ladakh range is spectacular. From the pass, easy descent before a steeper descent down to Balukhar on the Srinagar-Leh Highway. Then drive to Lamayuru to visit one of the most popular monasteries of Ladakh.
Lamayuru is one of the oldest monastic institutions of Ladakh, it belongs to the red hat order of Digungpa. The history of the monastery begins with the visit of Arahat Nimagung to this place, when there was merely a lake here. It is said that Arahat made a prophecy that "a monastery will come up at this spot". Thereafter, Mahasiddha Naropa (1016–1100) the great translator Rinchen Zangpo (958–1055) visited the place.:

DAY 10: LAMAYURU – PIRKITI LA – SHILA – WANLA – ALCHI.
The last day of our trek.We start our day with a gradual ascent towards our last pass Pirkiti La (3750m). Once there, we can see Singay La and others snowcapped peaks of the Ladakh. From the pass, easy descent down to Shila where the trek ends. We will meet our taxi and drive Wanla. Visit of the monastery located on top of the hill. Wanla Monastery was built by the great translator Lotsawa Rinchen Zangpo during the 11th century. Another two-hour memorable drive along with Indus River and villages on the way to Alchi.

DAY 11: ALCHI -LEH.
After the breakfast, visit of the world famous Alchi Monastery, also known as Alchi Choskhor. Built by great translator Rinchen Zangpo. The oldest monuments preserved here date back to the middle of the 11th century. Alchi monastery is classified World Heritage by UNESCO. Two-hour drive to Leh. In the evening, we climb up to the Namgyail Tsemo fort. The view from top is unforgettable. We will then find our way back to the hotel through the old town.

DAY 13 : LEH – FLIGHT TO DELHI – DRIVE TO AGRA
In the Morning after breakfast you will be transfer to Leh Airport to take a flight to Delhi. On arrival at Delhi you will be drive to AGRA in the state of Uttar Pradesh. During the drive from Delhi to Agra, you can enhance your experience by enjoying everything that lies on the way.
Overnight at hotel in AGRA.

DAY 14 : TAH MAHAL -DELHI – FLIGHT - FRANCE
Before breakfast, we will take advantage of the sunrise lights to visit the TAJ MAHAL. It's the perfect time to appreciate this world-famous masterpiece. It was built at the request of the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan to immortalize his love for his wife Mumtaz.
Renowned for its perfection and harmony, symmetry and aesthetics. Together we will discover one of the Seven Wonders of the World and one of the greatest architectural gems of Indo-Muslim art. Return to the hotel for breakfast. Then, we will discover the Agra Fort, built of red sandstone by the Mughal emperors. We will then drive back to Delhi Airport. Return flight to France.
